Australian Hockey unites to launch a new national streaming service LiveHockey powered by Cluch.

Landmark agreement brings together national, state and community-level competitions from Hockey Australia and all eight state and territory associations.

Cluch and Hockey Australia have today announced one of the most expansive streaming deals in Australian sport that will see the creation of a new centralised streaming platform for hockey content across Australia.
LiveHockey powered by Cluch will feature over 1,000 individual hockey matches each year, ranging from junior and senior national and state championships to Premier League competitions and more. In a show of true alignment, LiveHockey will showcase content from Hockey Australia, Hockey Victoria, Hockey NSW, Hockey Queensland, Hockey SA, Hockey WA, Hockey ACT and Hockey NT.
Every game on the LiveHockey platform will be available to view globally with a combination of free-to-view and subscription content designed to maximise audience reach and drive new commercial opportunities across the sport.
“Today’s announcement marks the culmination of months of collaborative discussions and planning with Hockey Australia and all state and territory associations resulting in the launch of a truly transformative national platform,” said Cluch Managing Director, Gus Seebeck.
“From the outset, everyone involved has embraced the potential of a centralised platform that will bring together hockey fans and communities from across Australia and provide a level of insights, value and growth opportunities that have never before been possible.” added Seebeck.

“This is a highly significant day and occasion for hockey in Australia, one that everyone who is interested in the sport in this country has reason to be excited about,” said Hockey Australia CEO David Pryles.
“The launch of LiveHockey will see more Australian hockey available to watch than ever before. Whether you are a parent or family member of a child participating in a national or state level event, want to watch the best hockey talent from different parts of the country, or simply just love the game, LiveHockey will have something for everyone.”

“The volume of content and countless hours of viewing with events spread over the entire year and coming from every state and territory in Australia means more hockey to watch more often and all in one place. There has been thorough and positive collaboration with the Member Associations and Cluch to make this a reality. We thank them for their shared vision and passion for growing the sport and enhancing its exposure at multiple levels.”
